Goals Booklets and Tracking Booklets
Goals booklets and tracking sheets are utilised as an intervention for a variety of reasons.

Goals booklets

Goals booklets are a post suspension strategy to ensure students stay 'on track' with their behaviours after their suspension.

Students, with their team leaders set a series of goals. Each day, classroom teachers must assess how well they have met these goals. These goals are assessed session by session.

At the end of each day, students go to the team leaders office to report back on how they have gone and take their booklet home to be signed by their parents.
Usually the students remain on their goals booklets for ten days.
Tracking sheets

Tracking sheets work similarly to a goals booklets except their purpose is to track patterns of behaviour and to assist students before behaviours escalate further.
